How Does It Work?
From a Customer Facing Monitor, displaying a custom
web site containing your E-Menus, in Your Service Write-Up
Area or at home, Your Customer Selects their Vehicle & Mileage.
Next, the Correct Service (as you define it) will appear
on screen. This Mileage Based Service will contain Factory
Required or Dealer Recommended Services (or a combination
of both) and some other small choices, for them to choose
from. As they make their Selections, The Total Charges Change
and are Crystal Clear at the Bottom, Just hit Print and
have the customer sign for the services they have chosen.
It is That Simple. If they have declined to do the service
at this time, send them home with a copy of your recommendations
for future consideration. The Print-out will have Your Custom
Header at the top with your contact information to help
close a future sale. If you will require your Service Advisors
to offer and attach an E-Menu print-out to EVERY RO, with
a customer signature as either ACCEPTED or DECLINED the
